Carbohydrates or simply known as carbs have always been considered to have a bad reputation. People believe that carbs make you gain weight and push you into the trap of many diseases like weight gain, diabetes, etc. This myth can’t be solely denied, but can’t be addressed as the truth either. Carbs when consumed in the form of processed foods, can definitely cause harm to our bodies, but when consumed in their natural form and in limited quantities, they cannot cause any trouble.
